Specimen Records (2)
Holotype male of Typhochlaena chapadensis. Total length without chelicerae 13.01 mm. Found wandering inside a house, probably searching for a female or food. The coordinates are the centre of the municipality of Lençóis, not the collection point: the authors withhold the exact locality because precise data could facilitate illegal collecting for the pet trade, and direct researchers to request it from the holding institution.
Immature of Typhochlaena chapadensis, same data as the holotype, found under loose tree bark in the peri-domiciliary area. Not a type: listed by the authors under other material examined. Coordinates are the municipality centre, as for the holotype.
