Lectotype male of Thalerommata gracilis, here designated by Osorio Gonzalez-Filho, Dias da Silva Costa & Leite Guadanucci (2025). The tip of the palpal bulb is broken, which had previously made the embolus appear shorter than Ausserer's original drawing.

Paralectotype female of Thalerommata gracilis, here designated; its spermathecae are figured for the first time (Bertani & Raven 2023 illustrated only Ausserer's male plates).
Taxonomic History
- A lectotype male and paralectotype female (BMNH 1890.7.1.358, Santa Fé de Bogotá, Colombia) were designated by Osorio Gonzalez-Filho, Dias da Silva Costa & Leite Guadanucci (2025), who in the same work synonymised Thalerommata macella (Simon, 1903) with this species.
