Etymology

The epithet is a matronym honouring Nadine Dupérré (Collections Manager, Zoologisches Museum, Universität Hamburg), our friend and colleague, in recognition of her numerous contributions to arachnology, especially on the taxonomy of spiders from Ecuador.
