Non-type male and female of Neischnocolus cisnerosi; the female described here is the first known for the species. Hand collected.

Taxonomic History
- 2025 Dupérré & Tapia (2025) described the female for the first time, from material collected at the Otongachi Reserve. Females resemble those of N. iquitos but their spermathecae extend well beyond the sclerotised basal atrium. The described specimen is a young female — its basal atrium is not fully sclerotised. Live colouration is bright pinkish-orange on carapace, abdomen flanks and femora, with patella to tarsus dark greyish-black; the male is similar.
- The same authors correct the type locality: Peñaherrera-R. et al. (2023) gave it as Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas province, but the Otongachi Reserve is in Pichincha. The two provinces share a border.
