Collection months of 1 adult male specimen record, against the rainfall where they live

Adult males collected

Mean monthly rainfall and temperature 2001–2020 near where these males were collected, Ecuador. MERRA-2 via NASA POWER, for a grid cell averaging 2364 m. Wet and dry seasons, from the rainfall at the locality itself.

Etymology

A non-Latin invariable adjective honouring the people of San Francisco de las Pampas, for their fight against the mining industry and their efforts to preserve natural resources.

Holotype male of Neischnocolus pampenita; pitfall trap, 16-26 February 2019. Paratypes: 13 males and 1 female from Pristirana between 1346 and 1521 m.
