Abstract
A new species of Homoeomma Ausserer, 1871 is described from the Valparaíso Region, Chile, based on adult specimens of both sexes. Homoeomma vicenterojasi sp. nov. resembles males of H. chilense and H. orellanai in the presence of small teeth on the prolateral inferior keel, but differs in lacking a baso-ventral nodule on metatarsus I. Females are recognisable by the shape of the spermathecae. This is the first record of the genus for the Valparaíso Region.
